This page contains a number of documents which have been scanned from the SeaWatch Condominium documents recorded at the York County Registry of Deeds in Alfred, Maine, and then converted into text documents in Adobe's Portable Document Format for viewing on-line. I corrected some typographical errors in the original documents, and reformatted them to fit on letter size pages (rather than legal). Many of the signatures in the original were illegible, and I may have introduced some errors as well. Please let me know if you spot anything.
