The SeaWatch Condominiums are managed by a professional property management firm hired by the Condominium Association's Board of Directors. Meech Property Management, owned by Phil Meech is our new management company. Beginning Nov. 1, 2006, they replaced Cloutier Property Management who handled this function for many years. They are responsible for building maintenance, cleaning, and service for all of the Common Elements such as the lobby, corridors, elevator, pool, Jacuzzi, grounds, walks, parking areas, etc.
Cloutier Property Management is no longer offering any rental units in this Condominium either. Units now may be offered for rent or sale directly by Unit Owners, or through other local brokers and rental agents. Please see the Links page for other agents handling SeaWatch properties.
