Welcome to our web site!

On this home page we'll highlight important areas on our site and provide information for current and future owners of condominium units at The SeaWatch in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.
Membership in the SeaWatch Condominium Association requires ownership of one or more units in the SeaWatch Condominium located at 1 Cleaves Street in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. The Association holds an annual meeting in May or early June, and has regular meetings of the Board of Directors. These Directors are elected by the owners at the the annual meeting, and serve for a term of one year. The Board of Directors hires a professional management company to provide day-to-day maintenance and management of the building.

 

This site will provide a central location for publication of information of interest to current and future owners. Go to the Legal Documents page to view copies of the Condominium Declaration, with all amendments and attachments, and current budget statements and proposals. We also hope to provide information about upcoming meetings of the Board of Directors, as well as the agenda and minutes from these meetings. On a private page, accessible only to members, we will provide a listing of the current membership along with contact information.
