NOTICE: Cloutier Properties is offering the Portland Press Herald for the summer. Whether family, guests or if you come up for just weekends have your Portland Press Herald sitting in the lobby. CPM has delivered the PPress to its own rentals for the last few years and if you would like one then please mail us a check for $13.00 for the whole summer. Mid-June to Labor Day. Newsstand cost would be $45.00. We will then order enough to cover all the units that want one.

At the 2003 annual meeting, a Pet study committee was appointed to propose a set of rules for pet ownership to be presented to the Board of Directors for consideration. Since the Board would like to consider the feelings of all owners on this issue, we will be asking for feedback at the 2004 annual meeting. Note that at the Board of Directors meeting earlier this year, we unanimously agreed to maintain the current policy prohibiting pets, so no changes have been implemented to date. Thanks go to Dianne Braden (Unit 508), and Norma Filler (Unit 501) for this work.
